HOUSE BILL 1208

AN ACT RELATING TO LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF WILSON.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 224, Private Laws of 1927, is amended by striking out the period at the end of Section 30, thereof, as amended, substituting a comma therefor, and adding after such comma the words "and Wilson".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
