HOUSE BILL 766

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GUILFORD COUNTY TO SUPPLEMENT THE SALARY OF THE DISTRICT SOLICITOR OF THE SUPERIOR COURT.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Board of County Commissioners of Guilford County is authorized in its discretion to supplement the salary of the District Solicitor of the Superior Court in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per week in excess of thirty weeks in any calendar year in which the solicitor prosecutes the criminal docket in the Superior Court of his district.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
